  GEET Team divides into Tax Technologies and Payroll technologies. I am lead of both sub-teams in total I am leader of 22 FTE.The job description of this is to supervise and guide with on hands support for both teams. The technology supported is a custom SharePoint tool. Apart from resolving, we triage and escalate any technical issues for this tool. Our scope is global and is directly with the affected user.I also have the task of networking with all GEET hubs across the globe to ensure we are all on par. Key to my remit is working with IT on new incoming technology and how this can affect our tools.We now have a PM hub. My responsibilities where to provide solutions to recurring problems faced by a user when using SharePoint 2013, as well as answering questions. Provision sites and guide the user to know what kind of site is best for him. I was part of several tests, one of which was the launch of a new template for all EY. Remove SharePoint sites, as well as analyze that their use is correct according to the rules and standards of the company.
