  Submission Review, monitor and follow up the update of incoming change request proposals (ICR) for existing inventory materials to ensure completeness of equipment / materials data in the Materials Management System (MAXIMO). • Aware of pre-qualification processes and different procurement strategies, implement, evaluate and coordinate terms and conditions of contracts for service and/or materials for company operations; review all supporting documents.• Estimation of Company tenders by providing current prices of materials, tools, equipments and services required for the proposed project.• Continuously identifying developing and maintaining regular contact with multiple and alternate suppliers for various, common items and services; ascertains, negotiates and records prices for them in order for it to be used when required, as per scope of work and specifications, • Standardizes the criteria, requirements & expectations, prepares and sends enquiries to suppliers and service providers; coordinates the response of quotations, interprets and tabulates the information, prepares a comparative analysis of the price, delivery terms, and other criteria in order to provide recommendations to management for approval.• Review, analyze and coordinate with end users, suppliers, and manufacturers the new materials proposals for stock (PFS) to ensure correctness of the catalogue data, with respect tospecification and other engineering data and by making reference to drawings and parts lists specifications. • Evaluating technical and commercial offers participate in negotiation and finalize the optimumquantity. Review and coordinate with Suppliers the new projects operational spares are in order to ensure correctness and completeness of the specification and other engineering and commercial data• Submission of Bids & Tenders to Oil & Gas Companies mainly ADCO/TAKREER/TRANSCO ETC• Submission of Online offers to DEWA/GASCO via SAP/MAXIMO.
