  At Journey Electric I was a foreman for two projects. On one of the projects I was in charge of 322 appartment units and the electrical scope for the rooftop pool, lighting and equipment rooms at a 14 story Downtown Los Angeles Historical building. The other project I was in charge of was a retirment center that consisted of 3 multi story residential buildings as well as a recreational area building.

  As a Foreman at Superior Electric I ran 2 projects that included a school in LAUSD that had an electrical contract value over 1.6 million, and a large office renovation that included a complete electrical upgrade. On the school project we acted as the general contracor and had to oversee the hazmat, paint, and low voltage work. The office renovation was a design build in which I contributed in the load calculations , circuiting, fixture design as well as oversight of the electrical portion of the project. I also assisted in many other projects to include more schools and grocery stores. Show less

  As a Sponsor I am responsible for building, developing, and maintaining client relationships. I'm dedicated to provide a service to our clients that supersedes all expectations. My extensive background in the trade and business allows me the ability to bring ideas, solutions, and added value to any type of project. As a Operations Manager I run a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Estimators .My involvement in projects starts from bid, through design, through construction, and ends after project completion. Currently my team is working on a student housing facility at Cal State Northridge, multiple high end luxury condo TI build outs within a high rise in Beverly Hills, a multi-use 190 unit with (2) 8 story apartment/retail buildings atop of a 3 level parking structure in West Hollywood, a 286 unit hotel that has 4 levels below ground and (2) 10 story buildings on top, in West Hollywood. recently we finished up a 535 unit multi-use apartment building with (4) six story buildings atop of a 6 level parking structure in Hollywood, and an additional classroom/gym facility for a private school in Beverly Hills.
