While we screened and interviewed various candidates suitable for specific roles, Training was provided to them on Communication skills and guidance was provided to help them clear various selection rounds. It was a great learning experience on how Consultancy agencies operate and cracking of specific rounds of selection was made easier.

  Summer Intern

  Internship Project : Current Penetration of HSBC in the Middle Eastern & UK region. We ran a Comparative Analysis of HSBC and other International banks in the above said regions. Simultaneously, we worked on how growing FinTech Companies pose a threat to HSBC and conducted a Survey, on-site GSC Kolkata, on the HSBC Online App and its features. Recommendations on the areas of development of HSBC in the MENA & UK regions and digitization of HSBC were provided. Apart from Training on Corporate Communications and Professionalism, Intense Floor Walks in every department gave us an insight on the work being done. Interactions with MPs and MLAs of various states were interesting and helped me better understand the political scenario of India.
