  This role was to answer calls and emails from customers and determine what instrument was needed for their process. My role was to service instrumentation on sites from pharmaceutical companies to waste treatment plants troubleshooting, calibration, validation and setting up of units on customer's sites.There was also some workshop based repairs and office based helpdesk calls to be completed. There were also site reports to be given to customer on completion of the job.Timesheets were also kept to account for hours.
