Responsible for all aspects of processing returned and damaged goods and entering data on AS400 application. Assembled and stripped down PC’s and tested components to identify faulty parts to meet personal targets set. Uploaded and tested the specific software required by the customer on a case-by-case basis. Conducted quality audit checks on finished products to ensure specific customer needs met. Inputted accurate details of hardware peripherals to update stock records prior to physical return to stores. Resolved various defects to comply with company standards and maintain ISO 9001 accreditation. Developed knowledge of software/hardware to enhance personal performance. Over the two years I was involved in setting up and preparing for sale, maintaining and repairing, the full range of Toshiba office products, Photocopiers/Facsimiles/Printing Systems. Both in house and on site. Visiting customer’s premises on a daily basis, troubleshooting their machines and taking the correct action in order to solve the particular fault in each case.
