  Responsibilities include Distribution, to our 7 DC’s in USA and Canada of FG product and support the manufacturing plant and sales for the Chamberlain group both retail and professional sectors. Loading around 20 to 25 trailers per day. And also, direct customer order shipments.• Safety Incident below OSHA standard – 0 accidents during 2012.• Kaizen Event for increasing shipment accuracy resulting in an improvement from 97.5& to 99.8%• VSM event for shipments to TU DC reduced the lead time from 24 hrs. to 13 hrs.• Increased trailer utilization from 72% to 85%• Cycle count program improved from 92% to 99.5%.• Developed a close process for shipments to GMBH and ANZ improving the total order process from 21 days to 15 days.• Gemba Kaizen achievements on Safety and process resulting in savings of 20% overall spent.   Responsibilities include Safety, Distribution, Transportation to support manufacturing plant and sales for The Chamberlain group both retail and professional sectors. Daily shipments of 25 Full truck load outbound of FG and 25 FTL’s of raw material inbound. Safety programs for all DC’s in total 7. 6 US and 1 Canada.Key Accomplishments• Increased shipment accuracy from 95% to 99.8% in distribution• In charge of a budget of $34M in Freight includes IB, OB. Freight assumptions for budget.• Provide support to Tucson DC when needed, daily shipments of over 2M Daily and 2 shifts of 80 employees• Achieved an incident rate of 0 accidents for the last 3 years in distribution.• Safety audit programs and trainings for all DC’s USA & Canada• Experience in Distribution in Manufacturing environment.• Achieved a CSL of 99.8% for LATAM customer’s direct shipments.• Productivity Projects champion for Transportation savings over 1.5M in the last 2 years.• Through a VSM we were able to reduce transit time to our LATAM customers from 30 days to 15 days.• Reduced the overall Transit times to our DC’s from 78% to 87% on 2015.
