  During my internship at ZTE Indonesia, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deepen my understanding of various technical aspects related to IP Radio Access Network (IPRAN) and ZTE's advanced technologies. My key responsibilities and learning experiences include:IP Radio Access Network (IPRAN): Acquired knowledge about the architecture and functionalities of IPRAN, a critical component in modern telecommunications that enables efficient data transmission and network performance optimization. This included understanding the principles of IP/MPLS, network topology, and traffic engineering to ensure high-quality service delivery in mobile networks.ZTE IPRAN Device Models: Gained familiarity with various ZTE IPRAN device models, learning their specifications, configurations, and operational procedures. This hands-on experience provided insight into how these devices support scalable and resilient network infrastructures.This internship has significantly enriched my technical skills and provided me with a solid foundation in telecommunications engineering, preparing me for future roles in the industry. Show less I served as a technical trainer for the NS-3 Workshop for Beginners, held at Telkom University, Bandung. This publicly accessible workshop aimed to help students and lecturers, particularly in the telecommunications field, understand and explore various network simulations using the NS-3 software. The main purpose was to provide a practical foundation and open pathways for future research opportunities.
