My job profile was design & development and the key profile area was of conceptualizing new Design for Prints, Jacquard's, Dobby & Embroidery design for US, Europe, UK, Middle East and Rest of the world (ROW) market.  Bridged the gap between the global and in-house design studio and the factory setup, ensuring efficient and consistent workflow. Created seasonal mood and color boards, oversaw design corrections, color separations, approvals, and color matching, ensuring smooth execution with the factory. Interacted with merchants and factory product development teams to review business needs and develop new concepts as per buyer requirements for bedding in the EU, UK, Middle East, and ROW markets. Visited the US design office to reorganize the comprehensive Towel Border Design library, optimizing existing designs and saving considerable time and costs. Travelled multiple times on site for market week developments and presentations. (2007 - 2009) Executed the Embroidery Bedding Project within budget timelines for the Star CJ online media market (2012). Led a team of three designers to develop a new product line for area rugs and WTW carpets for the EU, UK, Middle East, and ROW markets, from initial concept to final product development.
