I was a member of the IT SteerCo, Project SteerCo, Index Governance, Capital Market Data Integrity, and the Investment Appraisal Committees.Key Achievements: • I built an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot that provides market participants, especially retail investors, convenient, faster, and real-time access to data and information from the Exchange. This was a first for an African Exchange.• I enhanced the dealing-member-firm monitoring process with the introduction of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which improved the turnaround time of regulatory oversight activities by over 50%. • Managed the end-to-end process for the delivery of digital platforms like the SentryGRC SaaS platform from conceptualization to launch.• Product management of regulatory platforms like X-BOSS, X-Issuer, and X-Whistle.• Product development of the ArtExchange blockchain tokenization platform.
