      Accomplishments: • Manufacture/refurbishment and inspection of various drilling and completion tubular/tools such as X-over subs, drill pipes, drill collar, casing joints and associated couplings(connectors), production tubing, pin-pin pup joint, bull nose, bearing both API and premium connections such as vam top, vam ace, xt, xtm, if, regular, ams, eue, ht-tt, full-hole, rts etc.• Writing, editing and proving of thread, turning, blanking, boring and facing programmes in mazatrol system. Also carrying out compensation or backing out depending on requirement.• In-process and final inspection of threads and seals using various metrology equipment such as screw pitch guage, thread plug guage, thread ring gauge, mrp, go-no-go etc and optical comparator• Stamping and phosphating of finished tubular. Carried out routine maintenance on the machine including the checking of oil level, checking of coolant level and replacement when necessary, removal of chips from turrets, jaws and other secluded parts. • Application of various metrology equipment such as caliphers, internal and external micrometer, thread parallels calipher, height gauges, surface guage, divider etc with very high degree of accuracy.       Onshore: Attended technical meeting at clients base (DWOP/CWOP/AAR) and making presentations were necessary Provided guidance and on the job training to wellbore personnel and lower level field specialist. Manage inventory and assisted the client and company shore base with orders and logistics of products. Ensured that the tools on the Load out list correspond with the material request form; filled and signed the checklist (Route sheet) and attach to load out waybill. Ensured that adequate numbers of spares are sent to rig along with the tools to the rig/location. Inspected the connection threads of the tool backloaded, ensured it has no pitting or galley mark; removed the used brush/scraper on the tool and clean the sluts. Inspected each stabilizer sleeves, if OD has wornout to about 3mm less, replaced with new stabilizer sleeves; ensured a regular and daily maintenance on the tools at the base. Prepared monthly stock inventory report for base spares, tools, chemicals, consumables, thread protectors and slings. Prepared monthly tools inspection and maintenance tracking.Offshore:  Make up the cleanup Bottom-hole-assembly(BHA), carryout other measurements and Run-in –hole to scrapping depth and displace well to H2O-wet completion completion fluid of specific weight gradient(psi/foot) Carried out pre-job planning and use of chemical and displacement train for effective cleaning blowout preventer (BOP), Riser, and debris management. Inspected wellbore tools for wear and damaged after POOH. Analyzed sample returns collected at intervals for Nephelometric turbidity (NTU) Maintained all tools assigned to perform the duties (retractable scrapper; magnetic tool; brushing tool; filtering basket; jetting tool.) Prepared and generated post well reports as per company standard. Maintained detailed and accurate records of the day’s activities. Prepared(mixing) and filtering all types of completion fluids for wellbore chemical clean up Show less
