      As a Service Manager I had business responsibility for one of our largest client. This entirety included different functions for example customer service, reclamations, technical service, sales and winback actions. I worked as manager’s manager and act as a SPOC toward client's contact persons.Most important KPIs were overall profitability, client satisfaction, sales and customer experience. I worked as a manager for customer service team. At its peak it includes total of 40 employees. I was starting the team, creating the operating model and recruiting the staff.
