I identified the customer demand for syrups in the cafe and aligned this against the current news of the diabetes crisis. Contacting the CEO, Steve Rowe, I enlisted the inefficiency due to the lack of signage and also suggested introducing sugar-free syrups, concurrent with the markets and healthy aims of the store.
