Developed and delivered customer specific network engineering and capacity planning guidelines. The customer used these documents and processes as template for other vendors to provide information.• Provided technical consulting on all aspects of Nortel Passport 7000/15000 engineering, performance and features including presenting new features, explaining architectural and design considerations, and working specific Telstra engineering and performance issues. Identified and assisted in deployment of tools to support network engineering, near-real-time monitoring and monitoring for capacity planning.• As a direct result, the customer-vendor relationship was repaired and enhanced.
