  My brewing role rapidly developed beyond general production as the company itself grew during my time there to become one of New Zealand’s largest independent breweries. Key achievements; • Developed the recipe for Birdseye, Hazy IPA, which went on to become the brewery’s highest produced beer.• Brewing team growth: The number of brewers tripled to meet demand. I was responsible for the training of new staff and the development of SOPs to ensure safety.• Leadership and training: Developed a beer education program for new staff into the wider company.   Working with Asahi UK’s Innovation and Manufacturing teams to develop new products along with technical refinement of the core range brands.Innovation: Development of new products for Asahi UK's different brands. Technical Brewing: Responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of the Meantime products during the transition from the Greenwich Brewery to the Griffin Brewery Managing a team of 3 brewers within a rotating two shift production schedule. Operating a range of both automatic and manual equipment from wort production through to filtration and preparation for packaging.
