  I’ve started my adventure with the opportunity to join this creative little agency as a junior designer back in the year 2013. I’ve grew and learn massively with the team over the years and become one of it’s core member when I was given the chance to become a junior art director myself. Having to work from small pitches and eventually working my way up to do big campaign is something I’m very happy and proud of.My role as a junior art director was to be part of the creative team tasked with delivering creative solutions.   Being at an event’s company was even more challenging for me as I’ve to start over from the very bottom to understand how an event is run and how my works could be adapted through the various different channels, there was plenty of exposure for me as a designer in this brand new environment.Also forging a common understanding between myself with our 3D designers. We had discussions and work hand in hand to deliver the ideal concept / event experience for our cilents.
