      I managed the Silverspoons Golf Competition 2017 fundraising product, which beat its target raising over £40,000 for Macmillan. I supported on Brave the Shave, Go Sober, Game Heroes and Whodunnit campaigns for 2016/2017.

      I supported the Individual Giving team with all things digital marketing, managing a range of paid media campaigns and email marketing. I also supported staff members across the Fundraising and CPC (Campaigns, Policy and Communication) teams to produce the best quality emails for supporters. I advised on email testing plans and strategy, and trained all Shelter colleagues on use of the ESP. I worked on supporter retention and development in the Individual Giving team. I managed the creation of supporter stewardship mailings (both digital and print) such as Home magazine, the welcome journey for new regular givers, and also direct mailings, such as the Christmas cash appeal. I also managed the Education Programme which included curriculum-led resources for schools to raise awareness of homelessness and its causes, and schools fundraising products such as Slippers for Shelter.
