  Community Based Inclusive Development: Working as a project manager of CBID project. The main work is to coordinate with project director and execute the task. Coordinate with block, district to identify the persons with disabilities. Home-based education and therapeutic services for Persons with disabilities. Business plan for the SHG group and engage them in livelihood activities. Organise events and camp. Part of the POSH, PSEA and Child Safegurding policy of the organisation. Invited as a resource person as child safeguarding in the district.WRI Project: Working in the Urban spaces in Bhubaneswar for creating safe spaces for the adolescent children and organizing camps on awareness of SRHR, health camp.Second Chance Education:Working as project manager (District Anchor) of Second chance education program, the main work is to do initial survey, analyze and try to connect them with the opportunities, form entrepreneurship, create group of learners, enroll women who have left study due to financial problem, looking into the MIS part of the project, Creating linkage between Government and other stakeholders.
