Coordinated work with system and sub-system team members to discover and analyze faults in system tests and led the systems command and control software team to take corrective actions. Wrote the overall systems performance summary report and hand delivered to the Naval Sea Systems Command that led to performance acceptance and approval to proceed to the next phase and eventual contract award for production.As subcontractor to an external team, I co-authored a technical and budgetary proposal to classify sonar echoes using neural network technology which was submitted to project sponsor, the Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University.
