  As a Shadow Mentee to Irina Firstova at CCH, Romania, I got to immerse myself in a six-week mentorship module. I worked closely with a successful CXO-level woman leader who holds a pivotal role in a prominent global organization. I got the golden opportunity to soak in the nuances of Irina's leadership journey and learn from her personal experiences, challenges, and triumphs.Additionally, Irina encouraged me to explore and work with various departments within the Coca-Cola ecosystem. 1. Learning & Development: Developed the employee evaluation strategy end-to-end, to empower employees to apply for self-promotion. Created evaluation questionnaires, response forms, infographics, and email templates. 2. Recruitment for ILTP: Screened 30+ applicant CVs of which 1 was selected and inducted into the International Leadership Program.3. Employer Branding: Worked with the EB Manager on 2 projects:- The 'She is Mom' Event aimed to encourage women to rejoin the workforce with relevant skills and support.- Conducted an Instagram takeover for CCH Romania, shared my experience as a ‘Shadow Mentee’, and increased impressions by 52%- 'Recognition at Coke'- Collaborated with the EB Manager and the Agency, in designing the awards for their annual employee recognition event.4. Market Visits: With Carmen Soare, A Business Developer specializing in the Fragmented Trade market in Romania. Realised that BDs are the eyes and ears on the ground, essentially driving business success by building lasting relations. 5. Production: Spent 10+ hours at the plant on the production lines, shadowing Carmen Nica, the Production Manager of Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) Lines.
