  SMP-NES FircroftStrategic Functions:- Member of Implementation team for deploying Maintenance Planning and Execution Enhancement Lever (PNJ) Initiatives in collaboration with Boston Consulting group(BCG). With an aim to drive maintenance Excellence, rolling out the process paved for a potential value creation $7.6 Million annually.- Part of the team tasked with conducting acomprehensive Maintenance Health Assessment for Petro-Rabigh (PRC). Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and members from diverse divisions within Aramco to achieve $0.5 Million revenue.- Developed Key contract scope for a high-value Mega project exceeding $20 million, specifically for the purpose of maintaining asset reliability and Plant Master Data Validation spanning across all operating facilities within Aramco.- Established Key Contracting Strategy and scope to expand services to the customer (JV's) Motor Rewinding, Mechanical Seal Refurbishment, Major Multi-Stage Compressors, Metering Skid Pipe prover calibration, Specialties equipment service UPS and battery charger and Process Analyzer contract worth over $6 Million- Developed Maintenance Excellence Management System (MEMS) a framework of maintenance fundamental work process, it was shared across the portfolio and was featured in the maintenance excellence networking symposium.- Key Member of Implementing Wrench Time Study, Solomon Fuels Performance Indicator Workshop and OPEX level KPI's across aramco operating facilities with a potential value creation of $1 Million Annually.- Member of Shops Engineering Capability Study conducted focusing on expanding shops services and analyzing feasibility of adding new heat exchanger shop, installing thirty heavy duty machines to uplift shop capability with a value creation $5 Million annually.
