  Manage a team of thirty-five (35) 9-1-1 professionals at the Washington County Sheriff's Office consolidated Public Safety Answer Point (PSAP) Emergency Communications Response Center (ECRC). The ECRC handles around 200,000 calls for service annually for a community of 250,000 residents. The center is responsible for answering and dispatching calls for services for 9 law enforcement, 14 fire, and 9 EMS agencies.
