Senior trainer for the Global Fraud Prevention group accounts in Costa Rica in charge of the local ramp-up and expansion of its debit and credit operations from 30 employees to over 350 employees including operations and support associates for the accounts. Coordinator of all instructors for the fraud group in Costa Rica including their selection process, on-boarding and training. 2. Responsible for the creation, implementation and facilitation of learning solutions of different levels of specializations for the fraud groups. Evaluated, defined and implemented performance management measures to ensure all accounts metrics included in site’s overall performance were met and aligned to global standards. Worked with global Learning Project and Business Support teams to evaluate the success of learning solutions. Served as an on-site associate performance coach through consulting, coaching, monitoring and evaluating training and production results in the work environment. 4. Served as direct manager for groups of 10 to 25 people for over 15 months including payroll reporting, attendance keeping and site logistics coordination.
