  As head instructor, I ran camps, by managing management and activities. I also participated in staff instructions, choreography, conducting coaches and advisors workshops. In addition I was in charge of completing paperwork in a timely manner. As an ambassador, I handle promotions, marketing, and public relations.I am responsible for the street team management as well as organizing weekly promotions. I provided summer camp instuction in stunts, cheer, routine, and techniques to high school and college teams throughout the West Coast.

  Oversee the entire day-to-day operations of the California Baptist Cheer program. Strategically operates the creative content and messaging found on all of our CBU Cheer social media pages (+10K Followers). Annual Giving fundraising experience through targeted giving campaigns. Experience in national recruiting. As a coach at California Baptist University, my role in the program includes game day preparation, practice organization and implementation, and skill and technique instructor for both competition and game squads. While being the director of social media promoting and marketing, I also lead game management, alumni, and public relations.
