  I look upon Frontier Children's Academy as my Launching Pad which set me on the path I have loved since I started upon it... Education Management. The Founder Managing Director and the Finance Director were so good and understanding that I was able to learn in a comfortable arena. I was encouraged to bring forth my suggestions, which were well recieved by them. When I went back as Consultant to help them with their Pre-Primary Section, I found that many of my suggestions, (given over 5 years prior to my consultancy period) were still preserved by the FMD.   I am proud of the Management, Staff and Students of Falcon House because together, we were all able to take the school to the top position in the district! The co-operation and enthusiasm I found at Falcon House will be remembered till I die. Falcon House recently celebrated their 25th anniversary and the FMD informed me that the old boys and girls present had said that their happiest memories of their student days were the days they spent with me... A happy moment indeed for me!

  I moved to Shah Hamdan after my beloved School, Falcon House won an Inter-District competition at which the Directress of Shah Hamdan was one of the judges. She told the other Directors to come and visit me at Falcon House... they in turn asked my good friend and the Founder Managing Director of Falcon House, when he could arrange for me to leave his school to join theirs. His candid answer: "Oh! Soon! Quite soon!.... in about 25 years time!!" Lovely heart-warming words from a warm-hearted guy!   I enjoyed setting up Toronto International School with the Owners... we worked in close coordination on the whole project as we had to start with finding a suitable building, and even the name of the school had to be decided upon!

  I joined Atamie as Consultant before we even had a school!! I was with my good friend (many people think we are brothers!!) from before he had even thought of starting his own school. Then together with the School's Directress of Education and Corporate Principal, we sat down to plan the whole thing that had grown in the Founder Managing Director's mind as his very own brain child. Atamie now has 4 more branches and so my work involves visiting each branch and the head school each day of the week (under normal conditions!); interacting with the students, teachers, heads of sections and the Principals during school time and checking for myself whether all are happy, and if not, I try to solve the problems. After school, we have the weekly staff meeting and some programme on teacher upliftment...... Show less

My work here has evolved as the school owner himself developed into a great school manager, alongside his wife, who has grown in her school experience,& their eldest daughter who seems to b a born school-manager! We now identify the areas that need my help and... follow up upon them. I deal directly with the children, the teachers, the Sectional Heads and the Directors as I am the 'Hands-on' type and like to get involved in all areas of the school...   My work at Lalchands was quite different to my previous experience. My short contract was interesting for me because I had to train the staff to improve their sales presentation/promotionskills. The Owner of Lalchands was very understanding of my inexperience in Ladies' handbags! This period helped me understand a lot about the sale of goods and the attitude of customers!
