Shape and execute IT strategies to achieve the vision and business objectives of PT. Accelist Lentera Indonesia. One of my key achievements has been establishing a strong foundation for Accelist's growth and sustainability:• To better address the urgent need of our rapidly growing number of projects, I spearheaded an innovative talent acquisition strategy. We partnered with Bina Nusantara University to create a yearly program allowing students to earn final academic credits through internships at our company. This program includes two months of comprehensive training under our custom curriculum, followed by ten months of hands-on experience working on real customer projects under the mentorship of senior engineers.• This initiative resulted in the formation of the Accelist Training Center. To date, it has produced over 200 graduates, providing the company with a steady stream of skilled individuals aligned with our specific technological needs. To date, we have offered full-time positions to 50% of these graduates, retaining 70% of them as long-term employees. This approach ensures continuous growth and high standards, allowing promising graduates to advance their careers within our organization. In addition to my executive role, I actively lead and deliver projects. One notable project involved developing mobile apps for a nationwide automotive company's customers using Expo / React Native for both iOS and Android. The Content Management System (CMS) was built with Next.js (React and TypeScript), and the microservices were developed using ASP.NET Core Web API / C#, incorporating features such as product catalog, sales, aftersales, workshop management, and mechanics management. Show less Design and develop highly available, distributed cloud application architectures and IT solutions for customer projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams. One notable project involved developing a web-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) suite for one of the largest car manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This core system encompassed functionalities such as unit acceptance, yard management, workmanship, warehouse management, sales, credit limitation, delivery planning, shipment, tracking, and SSO (Single Sign-On).Additionally, I developed a custom scheduling algorithm to optimize vehicle manufacturing logistics through intelligent automation, facilitating the decommissioning of legacy mainframes, resulting in total annual cost savings of over $2 million. My work has been pivotal in Accelist's transition from classical web application frameworks, such as .NET Framework and jQuery on Windows Server with IIS, towards cloud-native application stacks. We adopted ASP.NET Core, Angular.js, and TypeScript hosted on Docker containers, built using open source CI/CD platforms such as GitLab.This transformation empowered Accelist to deploy and manage applications in contemporary Linux-based environments, specifically using Kubernetes on Microsoft Azure and AWS. By adopting these modern platforms, we reduced deployment times by over 90% and improved system reliability to 99.9% SLA. The enhanced scalability directly drove a 25% increase in new customer acquisition rate. Show less Combined the responsibilities of a Junior Software Developer with those of a Business Analyst. This included gathering requirements and creating essential project deliverables such as Technical Specification Documents (TSD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).One notable project involved developing the Branch Information System, designed to streamline the management of car dealership branch office data across Indonesia. This system also served as a strategic tool for expanding the dealership's footprint efficiently by leveraging data-driven insights, enhancing decision-making speed by over 30%.I was responsible for developing a logic system to determine the optimal locations for new branches. This module analyzed various factors, including regional population density, the reach of existing branches, area demand, distance between branches, and other relevant metrics. The system's visual dashboard, integrated with Google Maps, facilitated the opening of 16 new branches within the first year, contributing to a 10% increase in market coverage. Show less

Key accomplishments in my first year:• Led the rebranding of HENNGE One Identity Edition / Access Control SSO (Single Sign-On) product, establishing a foundation for global and U.S. market expansion.• Re-architected the authentication core in the HENNGE One Access Control Administration Console, enabling granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with zero downtime.• Developed and launched a unified React component library named HENNGE UI React, implementing the HENNGE One Design System to standardize the UI/UX of HENNGE One product lines.• Delivered key product enhancements, including IP Sets Management, Access Policy Templates, Service Policy Group, Microsoft Entra ID provisioning, and a Live Previewer for Custom Installation Emails in the Device Certificate feature.• Optimized HENNGE One Access Control Administration Console by reducing application size over 60% (5MB+) and improving initial load time from ~30 seconds to under 1s. Leveraged import.meta API in Vite to create a novel file-based routing system with per-page lazy loading, ensuring users download only the JS required for the page they access, while simultaneously reducing build time, deployment time, bandwidth, and storage costs!• Accelerated team feature delivery, cutting 4 weeks per medium-sized feature through adoption of workflows leveraging automatic multi-versioned strongly-typed OpenAPI client generation and TanStack Query.• Reduced pull request review times by over 50%, from an average of 5 days per PR to 2 days, by introducing a revolutionary Stacked Pull Request workflow using Graphite.• Established comprehensive testing and AI-driven review processes, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Go-Live Readiness Assessment, and AI code reviews with CodeRabbit, uncovering critical defects in 1 out of every 10 pull requests before production deployment.
