Obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors, prepare full detailed project specifications and pricing. Coordinate with sales and design staff to present a detailed, remodeling project proposal to prospective clients. Enter project budgets into accounting systems and assemble job start packs for the Lead Carpenters. Assistance with all marketing efforts, including analysis of results. Represents our company and the remodeling industry as a whole by sitting on the Board of Directors for The Remodeler's Council, part of The Builder's Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI). Other roles include installation and maintenance of computers, software, and networking devices, as well as web site updates.
