  Shift Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to: supervising 2-7 shift employees (deployment of breaks and job duties; opening and closing of the restaurant), cash management, inventory counts, weekly product and dairy orders, meeting customer needs and providing excellent customer service, stocking and re-stocking of store inventory, responsible for maintaining QASA Ratings (Quality Assurance and Safety Assessment) and Food Inspection and Safety Ratings for the restaurant/store, Artwork of store signs for promoting and advertising various coffee/drink/food information and specials.As a Coffee Master, I became certified after more than a year of intense training, education and self-guided discipline, for which I was hand-picked by our Store Manager and District Manager. This certification and training is not one that many Baristas accomplish. Those duties include: scheduling and presenting coffee seminars/tastings, maintaining sales units and suggestive selling, educating Baristas and Customers on the ingredients, and new products and taste pairings of coffees and teas with various foods. Education and Certification as a Coffee Master enabled me to be the Store Expert on coffee and taste pairings.Significant Accomplishments include: Coffee Master, Voted Partner of the Quarter, Designer of Employee Appreciation Board and Coffee/Tea/Food Education Project Manager.
