  Graphics Technician

  As a Graphics Technician at CORYS, I developed 3D track networks for rail simulators and 2D operator panels for power plant simulators. Utilizing proprietary software and client data, I created GUIs that accurately replicated client control rooms and train routes. I also provided customer support, resolving issues in person, over the phone, and through the Mantis bug tracker. Additionally, I managed workspace creation using Perforce, troubleshot software setup issues on multiple workstations, and trained new employees to effectively use CORYS software to meet tight project deadlines.   Research Assistant - Mobile App Development

  As a Research Assistant working with Dr. Yonghwan Chang in the Department of Sport Management, I am part of a team of Computer Science students developing a mobile app to encourage healthier lifestyle choices among UF Gators sports fans, particularly those who are self-motivated to improve their health. We analyze game-day behaviors and use real-time game data to help users build better habits and set health-related goals. My responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing of app features. The app promotes better decision-making during football games by sending personalized notifications based on user preferences and live game updates. Show less
