      Transport and ICT Department - Global Practice .•Supported task team leaders to integrate gender analysis into transport projects in Latin America and Africa.•Incorporated specific activities and indicators into operations to address the recommendations of WB analytical pieces on gender and transport/infrastructure.• Designed and coordinated the implementation of an innovative approach on personal security in Mexico City by testing a strategy to address sexual harassment (Hazme el Paro). This project won the VPU award and will be adapted and escalated to other cities in Mexico and India.•Worked independently, coordinated and managed the design/ implementation of a study on Women’s mobility in LAC cities – constraints and facilitators related to agency.•Advised on different research methodologies (impact evaluations, semi-structured interviews, focus groups) for different projects in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina on personal security, social analysis and agency mobility barriers that women face.•Worked in a high-risk areas in Colombia carrying out and monitoring participatory processes to identify the needs of women and men that should be incorporated into project design.•Provided technical assistance for the development of a Gender Action Plan for the Secretary of Education for Tocantins, Brazil, its implementation and adaptation of a successful training methodology •Implemented capacity building trainings on gender, gender and transport and sexual harassment to different stakeholders (transport operators in Rio, government officials and NGOs in Kigali, government officials from the Secretary of Education in Tocantins, professors from two schools in Tocantins).
