  Every summer Daejeon International Marketing Enterprise recruits about 50 people for MICE academy. MICE is a short-term of Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition, relatively new industry. I was interested in the field, especially Meeting and Convention since have been at Berlin Messe in 2015 as a interpreter German to Korean. Through 2 months at MICE academy, could learn many convention industries over the world. Presented about how to develop the city as group, came in 3rd. Selected as a intern for 2 months at the end of the academy.Worked with Marketing team and assisted by market research mostly, and other small things such as translate and be in charge face foreigners. From wine fair to Robot Science Festival, I experienced few conventions and exhibitions and it made me very interested into the process of hold and host many events. Show less

  Co-Founder and Head of Education Development Team of Debate Korea.Debate Korea aims to establish natural debating environment for every students in South Korea. 11 of university students of South Korea founded Debate Korea in 2016.Started to join debate society in 2013 as a freshmen of SolBridge International School of Business. Could learn many debatable points in the world. Through years thought many student should learn how to debate. Debate is not an acting just arguing each other, than the way to improve express yourself. Many students in Korea focus on only study to go to good university but don't know what they really want to do or who they really are. I believe that people can realize themselves through express themselves and strengthen their opinion with facts. As such, made a Non-Profit Organisation named 'Debate Korea' with friends who met from debate tournaments, who think similar with me. Currently teaching elementary and middle school students at 'After school program' and about to arrange Seoul Open 2017 in July, then 5th Cornell-Yonsei in August. As a co-founder and a Curriculum developer, me and my colleagues try hard to offer students more debate classes and tournaments afterward. I hope many young students can learn how to express themselves and know themselves through debate. Show less
