  Working on strengthening the export part of the business, current work includes business development around the globe, finding the right buyer for the products in the marketplace ( expo.utsarg.com ), and cutting costs in the existing supply chain. Special emphasis on jute-related products. Been a ride in building a side project to a full fledged company. Doing a small part in solving a big problem in international logistics domain, also helping Indian supplier to sell product overseas!
