      • Led the development and execution of over 10 (international and local) humanitarians projects with an average budgets of over NGN 50million. Efforts which included a 20-member global team/ pan Africa team.• Managed the operations of fiscal planning and logistics of stock piling relief materials for national reserves.• Championed the formulation of national policies, plans and programs on matters relating to emergency response; relief and rehabilitation. • Developed and rolled out a stage gate verification process which not only drove compliance to national policies but also improved proposal review and approval process• Managed the Program Management Office responsible for driving collaboration efforts across the large humanitarian actors (INGOs, CSOs, FBOs, MDAs and UN Agencies) engaged in emergency relief operations in the country (Nigeria).• Facilitated stakeholder management activities; collation of important information and presenting insightful brief/ reports to all relevant stakeholders including the vice president’s office. This resulted in increased focus on addressing sexual and gender-based violence during humanitarian interventions. In addition, this event led to a creation of a NGN 15 million fund targeted at women empowerment in these states. • Championed collaborative efforts across 5 big humanitarian organizations (WHO, UNDP, UNHCR, IOM) to launch specialized medical services and other essentials to cater for the reproductive, pediatric and disability- related needs of disaster affected populations including Mental Health and psycho-social Support Services - for IDPs.• Prepared the financial report for the Sexual and Gender-Based Violence workshop organized in collaboration with UNwomen in four states of the North-East- Adamawa, Borno, Gombe and Bauchi State. • Engaged in periodic situation analysis and protection assessment for vulnerable groups in emergency including Post Disaster Needs Assessment which led to a 15% decrease in mortality rate of the vulnerable group.
