I joined the coaching team in January 2021 and work with MSA students to set goals, incorporate peer feedback, and improve performance. Successes in this role include achieving the IAA’s largest applicant pool in 2019, attracting the most diverse class of students in 2019, launching Exploring Data Science - a symposium turned webinar series aimed at introducing underrepresented students to careers in analytics, and diversifying digital outreach through virtual information sessions, graduate fairs, and chat room events.
