In particular, 6 weeks of teaching was dedicated to R, where different packages were explored in the context of genomics, species distribution (GIS), species relationship (phylogeny) and biodiversity.My independent 4-month project investigated how ichthyosaur skulls changed over time. The analysis involved R and various network modelling packages.
