  My responsibilities include designing and troubleshooting a lighting rig with various amounts of equipment. I also manage and direct a crew that loads in, sets up, and loads out all the equipment. I maintain and service all equipment regularly and repair when required.

  I am in charge of managing the rental of equipment,load in, service, and load out for camp I also communicate to the camp band and camp speaker as liaison for the camp and coordinate schedules, service order, and handle their needs. During the service, I direct audio, video, and lighting cues as well as keep to the service program. This camp is operated by the Florida Baptist Convention.

  I worked along side a fellow lighting designer and had to program the lights for the worship service in multiple locations with various styles. I also was given the project to replicate a lighting moment for the easter services where about 150 volunteers held wireless battery powered leds in plastic boxes and was timecoded to a video with various sound effects.
