After contacting me through my Linkedln, We had the Opportunity of videoconferencing for several hours, Afterwards It was agreed By the European based Company That I would be the American Controller in Building 17 Fine Eyewear Boutiques across the country with an additional 4 Full Surfacing Optical Labs to take on the work load. Working 7 days a week and I would always be on call Locating Great key Locations, long Lease ,with long concessions Negotiations with Landlords ,Designing ,Building, Equipment ,Procurement ,Finding fantastic Gifted non Optical Personal Mentoring and Training to become fantastic Opticians ( without bad habits)that loved/Love what they do. Then Continuing to move on fly State by State, Building,Mentoring keeping everything under control always on call and Loving it. Treating Staff as Colleagues and that if any problem or question just call or FaceTime , with that grew deep trust ( not fear ) and I taught them how to think on their feet ( use their minds ) Great People!I kept my promises on Building My UK family the best Firm.
