At this department every employee knew what was expected of him/her, but this was never written down. The problem with this is that if they leave the knowledge and experience will leave with them. After conducting research within the department the process was described and a report was produced with advice what changes had to be made to make the process more efficiently and effective.

A computer program that predicts noise during demolition was designed and implemented in the preparation process of a demolition. The process in the department that prepares the demolition had to be changed in such a way that they would use this tool, instead of falling back into old habits.The implemented tool makes sure that the maximum noise level is not surpassed and therefore problems with the community and fines from will be avoided. TSN uses the planning stool Nedap ONS and with the planners this program was used to find improvements for the team. Challenges were resolved with the help of the team-leader. Within this project the focus was to consolidated several data-sources to one. At the start of this project there was a lot of noise, which resulted in an insecure basis to make decisions. By working together with the people of TSN we created a better data-dashboard which could be used to update and steer the district-teams that deliver the healthcare.
