  1) 2G and 3G commissioning (GSM 900 , DCS 1800 and UMTS 2100), BTS configurations and handling all alarms to find solutions for all issues. 2) RET configuration for Antenna 6 ports and 10 ports , PIM-Testing and checking VSWR .3)Good hands on I-Manager M2000 , BSC 6900 Web LMT, CME software's, Network and KPIs monitoring (TRX, Cell, BSC, GPRS) using M2000, also monitor Media shifting, clearance and troubleshooting activities at OMC/NOC.4) Responsible to obtain configuration files, logs, Alarm history etc. 5) Successfully performed expansions on different BTS Sites (3900/3012) during outage time and analyze it according to their TRX level stats and commissioning of sites on BSC6900. BTS3012, 3012AE, BTS3900, BTS 3900A and DBS3900 software loading and activation.6) Responsible for Alarms configuration rectification and verification after the BTS swap or power on , Coordination with the teams and provide the technical support to complete the roll out activity within specified time to fix any problem in MRRU ,GTMU , UMPT,WBBP,UPEU,UEIU, PMU, MNU boards or to fix any issue with the external alarms , also Verification of transmission by checking loop on BSC end using E1 interface .7) monitoring channel status and configuring channel types (main BCCH ,SDCCH8, PDTCH, TCH full rate ) and TRX management for each cell according to the site .8) Establishing RNC and familiar with IUCS,IUBS, ODF,PDF, LanSwitch , EGPU and EOMU also making configuration for NOD-B and handling all alarms in UMPT card , WBBP, UPEU.
