  I was in the maintenance department for 1 month. It was a good experience as there are several production line in PRAN. I also learn about physical application of PLC, boiler, ETP, conveyors. It helped me to experience corporate life and the essence of it.

  InCharge of the Quality control team of Italiano Melamine which consist of 40 members As they dont produce the row material, there not much quality assurance to be worked on. But as the row material prices are hiking, we are switching to alternative row material. So, the new row material have to be tasted first. It consist of measuring the parameter of the machine and matching them to the existing parameters. Also, boil and sun test the products to see their resistive quality. Thats the part of the quality assurance. For quality control, there are QC members at machine to check the produces product and figure out if there is any defect. After production, there are QC members in grinding section who inspect thoroughly for any defects and the surface finish.
