  Responsible for external representativeness and internal leadership. I iniciated the search for key partners that helped us increase the lead generation and, consequently, the volume of sold projects. Responsible for the internal management. I developped a strategic management system using Vicente Falconi's deployment by guidelines methodology. This system allowed us to track all key results and unfold them to all organisation levels.As a result, we provided a sense of ownership to all employees, achieving great results. That helped us increase by 87,5% the volume of sold projects in that year. Responsible for leading the quality team with the objective of improving the management processes focusing in internal comunication, document management, operational efficiency.The improvements our team executed resulted in a 166% increase in the volume of projects sold.

  The final step for my Energy Efficiency and Logistics for Industrial Systems specialization in Toulouse was a consulting project for a Hydrazine Hydrate power plant. In a multicultural group, we developed an energy efficiency project that reduced utility (cold water and steam) consumption resulting in an annual economy of 900k euros and a payback of fewer than 3 months.

  Responsible for product management at GeekHunter, a marketplace that connects software engineers to active hiring companies. I divided my attention between the product to internal customers, the companies platform (B2B), and the software engineers (B2C).I had the opportunity to create the product management area putting into practice agile principles and product discovery processes. I also had the opportunity to contribute to the product and business strategy.My main functions were:- to execute a continuous product discovery process composed of data analysis and user research;- to create product hypotheses and validate them through experiments, A/B tests, MVPs, usability tests, and prototyping;- to prioritize the highest impact opportunities that will influence the business OKRs (Objective and Key Results);- to ideate solutions with help from the software engineers, UX Designers, and other key stakeholders;- to manage the product backlog with help from the Tech Lead;- to create and manage the goal-oriented product roadmap.
