      • KAIZEN ProjectThe KAIZEN project, also known as “change for better,” sought to improve the quality of services offered clients at the bank. Under this project, I had the following achievements:  Oriented customers to use bank products which led to an increase in number of customers using more products they were not aware of. Carried out a sample survey on turnaround time and quality of service offered to clients which greatly reduced queuing and increased the number of satisfied clients served in a day. Enhanced the use of the DROPBOX service which led to an increase from 10 clients served per day to about 100 clients per day at the branch.• Funds Transfer Department Prepared transfer attestations for clients. Scanned cheques to enable transfer within bank’s accounts or between different banks. Carried out tick back to ensure computerized information corresponded with physical evidence.• Customer Service Department Prepared bank documents for clients. Orientated clients on bank services and departments that could address their concerns. Scanned loan documents for processing.
