      Master's Degree Community Develpment / Social Change Agent

      Activities and Societies: A practicum rooted in business experience as an executive with the Boy Scouts of America, Bay Area Council, developing youth programs sponsored by community organizations and businesses. These programs were developed around pockets of interest from surveys that I executed and tabulated results of 25, 000 High School students for their future career and hobby interests. This Masters program included a disciplined program of tools for social development solutions developed from a methodology of creative thought for business solutions . . . driven by thinking "outside the box". Custom designed for me to become a "Change Agent" through the exploding rate of change that was supposed to occur due to advancement in technology during my Lifetime.

These included Mobil Oil, Haliburton, JC Pennys, American Airlines, and others. Ran a working Desktop Publishing Agency and Print Ship on Inwood Rd. in Dallas, TX. Club Corp, asked me to publish their country club newsletters. MB Publishing Systems trained new commercial typesetters and design professionals on the new desktop publishing systems including a 1200 dpi plain paper printer, scanners, software, and fonts.Produced several projects at Mobil Oil Campuses including a global publishing system for Mobil Oil in New Jersey.       Trained personnel arriving at EDS from other leased buildings, in Dallas, that were now to work at EDS Centre, world headquarters in Plano, TX. Developed help desk and call center solutions for various internal and external accounts. Served as a customer service consultant for Financial Services Lan with 1000 seats. Led a team at Southland Corporation, where I was instrumental in consolidating 10 help desks into a singular customer relations system and moved it to EDS Centre, in Plano, TX. That help desk supported the operation of 5000 7-11 stores in the US. For the years approaching Y2K, served on a Corporate Program Office, a 3 man team that audited all EDS accounts to senior management in various regions globally. The scope of work was to audit and report the progress of preparation of all global accounts' preparation for Y2K.Designed contingency planning and helpdesks for reporting the progress of any account issues during the first week of Y2K.
