  My colleagues and I initiated a teacher development program in the regency level called Guru Penggerak (Activator Teacher). At the time, I was a program leader in which I managed 11 team members to develop a system and curriculum for development training focused on improving competencies and teaching quality of the teachers in Tubaba Regency - Lampung. Besides, I became a training facilitator and a speaker for two sessions of the training.At the end of the program, we could upskill 50 elementary teachers in the regency. Nowadays, they become inspiring teachers who encourage other teachers to be more creative and professional educators.
