      While working for the British Council as a TCA, I have had numerous responsibilities and duties as the following:- Assist young learners in classes to ensure they are all involved and using the language effectively and naturally.- Supervise students outside classes and check that everyone is safe by applying the Child's protection policies.- Implement admin work with several departments such as The Regional department, Programs department and Customer Service.- Assessed the newcomers who look forward to learning at the Council and provide everything related to the testing process.- Giving awareness sessions for parents on how to praise their children and boost their skills, along with introducing the council’s policies and sequence of the levels to new customers.- Ability to use and fix any stationary tools such as printers and smart devices.- Gained a wider awareness of the key policies and regulations that an international organization depends on, namely customer orientation, Equality, Diversity, Health and Safety regulations and strong and supportive relationships among all workers.- Assist in organizing and planning events which were held by the council, and report any issues to the managers. عرض أقل

      I was lucky to be a part of an internship in the Continuing Education Centre (CEC) in a well-known and authoritative university as the American University of Beirut (AUB), which has massively become an advantage and added a lot to my work experience. So, my key accountabilities were mainly the following:- Assisted the director of the CEC in auditing his plan in regard to getting the ACCET accreditation for the centre.- Presented creative ideas and worked on boosting the marketing plan for better results.- Modified a yearly academic calendar and proved my best in archiving the documents needed to check on the curriculum itself using MS Excel and Word.- Built a friendly and trusted rapport with all the stuff and with the director himself.- Implemented admin work as well as data entry regarding the courses for the Syrian refugees in Lebanon.- Ability to use and fix any stationary tools such as printers and smart devices. عرض أقل
