       Providing technical Support to the Customers who purchase IT products (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobiles, wireless devices etc.) from HP and Lenovo.  Attending High end Customers Technical calls (Customers who purchase bulk IT Products) personally and making my customers completely satisfy. Providing Customers with Appropriate Technical Solutions. Assigning appropriate Engineer for installation of products like Desktops, Laptop, High end Printers etc.  Give Technical Training to Newly Hired Engineers and telephonic support. Diagnose, troubleshoot failures and service all range of products, which include Desktop PCs, Notebooks, and Server. Work with HP and Lenovo product specialists in closing any field related issues.
