      FC Copenhagen is danish team that plays in Superliga. The manager is Ståle Solbakken, assistent coach Brian Priske and physical trainer Anders Storskov. They have managed to win the league 12 times and the cup in Denmark 8 times.One week Study trip to FC Copenhagen where we got talking to Ståle Solbakken (Manager) and Anders Storskov (Physical trainer) about things in FC Copenhagen.       Stabæk Fotball is a Norwegian association football club. They play in Eliteserien (the top division in Norway) and the current place is 8th place. Last year 14th place. The manager is Toni Ordinas, the assistant coach is Jan Peder Jalland, the physical/assistant coach Jordi Gonzalez and keeper coach Espen Granli. Try to learn why what and how they do it in Stabæk Football. How they work in the top division in Norway, and how they prepare before and after a match. 1. Day: Opponent analyses of Tromsø, then a short session with recovery, agility and tactical preparation to the match. 2. Day: Matchday against Tromsø. My task: To observe if we do what we talked about in the opponent analyses. 3. Day: Analyse the last game and recovery session. I had the honour to join and hear the discussions of the last game against Tromsø between the coaches in Stabæk. They also had a recovery and injury session with players who played the game, players who didn’t and players that are recovering from the injury.4. Day: Match analyses from Tromsø. Training 5. Day: Training. Analyses of Rosenborg to the next match. (RBKvsSarpsborg, RBKvsBrann) 6. Day: Training. Analyses of Rosenborg (RBKvsTromsø, RBK)7. Day: Training.
