  Joining EIM at the ground floor, I’ve collaborated in overhauling the program, stimulating top-to-bottom change. I was hand-appointed to the consultant role to continue the success I enjoyed as program coordinator. This has been a position where I can mix together my physical activity expertise and program management talent to catalyze change in community health—on a global scale. As of now, EIM has 10K+ participants across 20 countries and 198 campuses.PROGRAM MANAGEMENT➽Transition EIM program into 2nd decade, assessing program practicality and harmonizing offerings to each individual campus’s needs.   In 2017, I partnered with this 800-member fitness center to launch their first group fitness program. I was the first group exercise instructor! Leveraging that position, I engaged my co-workers (as well as the center members) to achieve consistent growth. I conduct group classes for varying ages and skill levels, create individualized training programs, provide coaching, and manage social media accounts.
