      Assistant Center Leader responsible for the performance of over seven managers (non-commissioned officers). Performance resulted in exceptional operational outcomes for both short and long-term objectives encompassing several metrics to include operational efficiency, operational improvement and sustainment. Served in a Position of Special Trust and Authority (POSTA). ▪ Exceeded annual assigned mission every year, directly resulting in being recognized by higher command. ▪ Responsible for ensuring all computer, printer, scanner and networks were properly up and running 24/7. ▪ Responsible for building and maintaining relationships within the local community and local congressional members. ▪ Maintained all property assigned to unit in the amount of $250,000, resulting in zero net losses to property. ▪ Recognized as a Brigade ‘Heavy Hitter’, being one of the top recruiters in a brigade spanning 6 states. ▪ Assigned as the primary instructor for both the unit and the 350 newly recruited Soldiers. Responsible for teaching basic Soldiering skills, enforcing policies and the SHARP program. ▪ Recognized as having the best center for processing and enlistments at the San Antonio, TX Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) 2015, 2016. Resulting in zero injuries and managed a unit of 102 Service members HR actions. ▪ Volunteered to be the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of a Hot Crew team, which directly responds to any troubleshooting or immediate action orders. This directly resulted in having the Patriot site 100% operational for assigned timeline during overseas operations. ▪ Conducted numerous training exercises with squad resulting in a 90% expert marksmanship rate and all Soldiers scoring above the unit physical training goals. ▪ Deployed in support of Operation Tomodachi as a team leader due to the Tsunami event in March 2011. In charge of coordinating search and rescue operations, Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear operations in a contaminated zone.
