  As a member of the Aramark management team at Wake Forest University I manage four retail locations. I am currently responsible for a Subway, a Starbucks, a convenience store, and a counter service pizza restaurant. The total sales for my locations exceed 2.4 million. While my primary responsibilities are in retail, I have also assisted the team on campus in both catering and our cafeteria. Some of my achievements while in the position include:Opened a Starbucks, a convenience store, and a pizza restaurant from scratch. Show less I started as a shift supervisor at a Starbucks location on the campus of Wake Forest University. I was quickly promoted to a Location Supervisor position over the Subway on campus. In this position I was responsible for all parts of the store operations. I had a staff of 20 including 3 supervisors. Over the summer of my second year we closed the store and did a complete remodel. I was responsible for coordinating with the contractors, vendors, and Subway to ensure the completion of the project. When we reopened, it was as a 24/7 operation.
